  2. Templates created - based on your existing Web site brand and graphical theme.
  3. Support - An Account Manager for setting up technical requirements for StoreBox integration.
  4. We take care of integrating your site design into templates such as:

    • Product Listing Page (3 formats available and managed by you)
    • Product Details Page
    • Customer Login Area and Pages
    • Order Management Pages
    • Checkout Pages
    • Confirmation and Error Pages
  5. Account Manager - During the integration process you will have Account Manager contact (yes, a real person) for questions, status updates or help requests. They will know your project integration and help you through the process. No robotic, disembodied voice or random support person each time you call!
  6. Ongoing support - once launched you have access to support should you ever have an issue or need upgrades or custom solutions for your ebusiness.
